I’m sure that was most of your reactions too. Yes, Pokémon is getting a new game but not by itself. In a crossover with Nobunaga’s Ambition, the Pokémon will go back to the feudal Japan and get involved with the classic strategy RPG style. More specific details and images are available at the cited sources, as well as an upcoming trailer to be posted soon by us.
The game is scheduled for a Spring 2012 release in Japan for the Nintendo DS.
